2. Trial Period and Satisfaction

14-day money-back guarantee:

  • Full refund within 14 days of your first payment
  • No questions asked, automatic refund
  • Valid for both monthly and annual subscriptions

3. Subscription Cancellation

How to cancel:

  • Through your Workout.cool account settings
  • By email to support@workout.cool
  • Via Stripe customer portal (link provided in billing emails)

Cancellation effects:

  • Immediate stop of future charges
  • Premium access maintained until end of paid period
  • Automatic return to free version after expiration
  • Workout data preserved (accessible for free)

4. Exceptional Refunds

Beyond the 14-day period, we review refund requests case by case:

  • Major unresolved technical issues
  • Erroneous or unauthorized billing
  • Exceptional circumstances (catastrophic illness, natural disasters, etc.)

5. Refund Timeline

Processing: 2-3 business days after request

Credit to your account: 5-10 business daysdepending on your bank
